About us
My name is Charlotte Foster-Lill, I am the founder of Thistle and Thorne. Since my floristry journey began in 2018, I have had the pleasure of working with several florists, both in York and Oxford, where I studied Fine Art at University. In the spring of 2023 year, I was honored to be awarded Best in Show and 1st Place at the Harrogate Flower Show. My practice constantly evolves and adapts to suit each client and event. I want to help enhance your special moments. Capturing your personality and vision through floral designs that are distinctive and bespoke.
Thistle and Thorne is a family-run business based on Crambe Grange Farm in North Yorkshire. We aim to grow as much of our materials as possible at the farm. All the other flowers we use are sourced from trusted and high-quality suppliers. We strive to be as sustainable as possible, while continually seeking ways to conserve our environment.
